I love Italian food. Lasagna is a favorite and has a tendency to look more complicated than it has to.
I prefer rolled lasagna than your average layering everything.
It’s simple to put together and a lot easier to serve because what’s in the layers doesn’t fall out when you plate it up.
The pictures above pretty much tell you what to do.
All you need is boiled and drained lasagna noodles, your favorite sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, a cookie sheet or counter top, and a baking pan.
Once you have your rolled lasagna assembled, bake at 350 for 30 minutes and viola! A fantastic supper is served.
Let it sit up for 5-10 minutes before serving. It will scoop out easier and t’s like molten lava if you bite it too soon.
In case your wondering, I do leave out any manacotty cheese since my husband doesn’t care for it but does happen to be my husband’s favorite meal. I made this for him when we were dating and to hear him tell it, it’s how he knew I was the one. 😀
PS. If you want to add some pepperoni, cheeses, green peppers, sausage, onions, what ever you like, you sure can.
Get creative. This is just a simple start that can be great like it is or can be tweaked to your liking.
